Thank you for shopping at Harvest Barn Marketplace. We are proud to ship quality, country-made products straight from our barn to your door.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the time of order placement. Orders with cheese typically ship the beginning of every week, and orders without cheese we ship everyday, typically within 1 to 3 business days of order placement. During peak holiday season (Nov & Dec) we strive to ship all orders out within 1 to 2 business days of order placement.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
We primarily ship via major carriers such as UPS and USPS. We offer Free Ground Shipping for all orders over $100.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the contential 48 states of the United States only.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Perishable & Temperature-Sensitive Items
- CHEESE: We ship our delicious cheeses in insulated pouches with cold packs to ensure the cheese remains good during transit during the warmer months. In warmer months, you can expect the cold packs to be thawed or partially thawed upon arrival, and that is okay, as our cheeses are vacuum-packaged, hardy cheeses that can withstand a variety of temperatures. We recommend placing the cheeses in the fridge upon arrival for best quality.
- FUDGE- our fudge is wrapped to ensure it stays okay during transit. We do recommend allowing the fudge to get to room temperature, or slightly cooler during warmer months, to allow it to firm up more if it was softer when it arrived. This makes it easier to cut and enjoy!
- All other items (jars, beef sticks, chubs, snack mixes, dips, and more, are packaged regularly with packaging paper and bubble wrap, and good during transit anytime of the year.
Harvest Barn Marketplace is not responsible for product changes due to extreme heat once the package is in transit.
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
- Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at harvestbarnmarketplaceinfo@gmail.com
- Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a carrier claim if applicable.
Local Pickup
If you would like to pick up your order at our store instead of shipping, we are happy to do that too! You can just place your order online, if it is over $100 and you will not be charged shipping, and just leave a note in the checkout that you would like to pick this order up and we will reach out to you. If it is below $100 value, please reach out to us at harvestbarnmarketplaceinfo@gmail.com on what you would like to order and we will be happy to help you out!
